No SPP mentioned on LOA ÷ can I file my visa under SPP Mohawk IBM SEPT 2013

I got acceptance from mohawk college for IBM ....
I dont find SPP acceptance in my letter..
Asked my consultant abt my visa to filed under spp or no..
Would like to know who else are joining and got the LOA from MOHAWK COLLEGE.... seniors pls comment ...
As i got SPP LOA from other colleges too..
But woried abt my visa file ... ??? ???

what is SPP LOA ?
Never heard of it.
SPP is a immigrating program for faster application with less documents, nothing to do with LOA.
