No space on application form

Hello,

I am applying online for a study permit. My study permit was rejected the first time so I have to provide an explanation in the application form (form 1294e). Can anyone tell me what should I write in the box given in the form?

Also, the word limit for that box is very small and I am unable to write a proper explanation. I can't add an extra page in the form since it won't get validated. What should I do?

What should I explain in the box? Should I just write why my visa was rejected?

All the agents write only the reason of refusal as stated on refusal letter in that box ... explain ur refusal in sop and attach it in Clint information pdf
