Dear seniors,
I am not sure if anyone is facing the same case as me. I submitted my application in late June and ran smooth with PER received in Oct and File transferred to HKVO in Nov 2014. Since then, there is no further update. I have been checking the CIC status for more than half year everyday but there is no second line update.
My agent has also helped me send a online status inquiry to HKVO and only received a standard reply a month ago:
This message is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Consulate General of Canada in Hong Kong regarding the application of xxx, file number xxx. Please be advised that your application is in queue for review. Our office will contact Mr. xxx with further instructions once the immigration officer’s review is complete.
I don't know what I should do as it is quite abnormal while other applicants submitted in Nov or Dec already received further instruction but my case is stuck at first line and not even "start processing".
Any idea or advice for me? Highly appreciated.
