last month, I requested for withdrawal of my visitor visa application due to some error made in the visa application form, I have not appeared for the biometrics yet since it's my first visa application.
I already got the webform acknowledgment that they added the notes in the file. Since I made that visa application on GC-Key and have not appeared for the biometrics but BIL was generated, can I apply for a new visa application from the IRCC New portal?
