No Response on CEC application submitted in Mid Feb,2013

Hello -

I posted my CEC application from Bangalore to Sydney office Canada in feb start. As per the Fedex Courier, application was received duning mid feb, 2013 in Canada office.

Its been more than three months but I did not have any communication from Canada Immigration office.

I sent an email as per CEC website but have not received any response on that.

Is there anyways I can check the status of my application.

Please provide your valuable comments.

If you have not already done so, try looking in your spam folders, and make sure the email address you had provided was correct. You can also try logging in to ECAS to check you status by using your client ID number.

I checking my email and Span folderon everyday basis, there has been no response.I have also tried doing it using client ID but that has not worked either.

What normally is the estimated time for immigration to send the first response to the application.

Have you checked your mailbox? Your app might have been returned (hope not if you have submitted all the required docs). Otherwise, if your first email inquiry had long been sent, try sending another one after 90 days if no update still. It will take time for CIC to respond I guess because you have no application/file number in their system.
 
Yes i have been checking all emails and postal mails but there has been no response.

In case of rejection also i guess immigration office will send a notification.

It has been more than 90 days but i have not received any response.

Is there anyone who has submitted the application in FEB,2013 in Canadian Experience Class and have received response from the Immigration team?
 
I dont know a lot about it, but i have noticed is Application applied from outside of Canada is not same as the application applied from inside Canada.. I think they process differently. I have seen another member in this forum with same problem, he choose his visa office as Delhi and sent file to Sydney. Try contacting that member for any update.

You may have tried this, but write an email to CIO-Sydney itself. I was trying to locate where they had sent my file, and they will usually respond in 20-30 days. Send them details of when your application was sent, when it was delivered, whether it was signed by someone, as well as your UCI number. Here is the email address:

I did send and email to the CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca.

Waiting for response. Anything else i could do by the time?
