No response from NDVO after 3 months

We are done with our medicals, sent passport with RPRF and PCC in March 2012. Medicals were done on 10 Mar 2012 and all documents were recieved by NDVO on 16 March 2012. My wife had a history of TB in the past which was cured. As per timelines of medical we are supposed to wait for 3 months before medical furtherance request could be sent.

I sent a mail to NDVO through query form and I haven't recieved any response about my application status. The only thing that had happened to my ecas is appearance of address. What is the other method of contacting them? Or, should I contact CIC instead of NDVO?

Did you applied under MI3? As per my understanding and other senior opinions all applicants under MI3 needn't have to wait for more than 3 months.
