No response from CIC, how do i even get a response?

Hi folks,

I have applied for a PR, and Biometric is done a year ago, PR issuance date was estimated to be march 2021, its april 2022 now, it just syas we are reviewing your application, "please wait".

I have paid the application fee and RPRF, total $1410 CAD, if they don't want to process my application, then atleast pay me back my fee.

How do i withdraw my application and get back my money?

I have request for the update on their web form, over 4 times so far, just no answer from them. This is frustrating.

Also, i need to update my employment info, but there is no way in their portal to do the same.

Please guide me.

If I would be you, I would wait now to have it complete. There were delays because ot CEC, TR-to-PR path and Covid obviously. They ahve started moving the applications so I would just wait
