No response from CHC...! Been more than a month.. HELP..!!!

Hello everyone.. I filed for a student permit on 25/01/2015 from VFS mumbai under general category. All the necessary and required documents have been provided to them.

Till date i haven't received any response from them and tracking shows the same thing; " applctn no with tracking id ********** being processed at Canada visa office, Bangalore.

Its been more than a month now and I'm worried sick. People have applied after me and have got a quick response.

Does delay in student visa mean rejection ? Should i drop a mail or call them ?

Plz shed some light people.. Thank you..!

Same here..I have applied on 11th Feb 2015 under SPP category.My application is also processed under Banglore VFS .

Its being more then 20 days no update in status.I guess Banglore VFS is very slow with visa application unlike delhi VFS.

No use of call or mail , i have tried this they said its still under processing.If you want you can call on VFS helpline and confirm.

I mailed them today, and got an auto-generated mail response from them saying it was receipt for my mail and would reply to me only if my query meets their criteria.. I'm hoping the least they could do is reply to my mail. Btw, does delay mean rejection?

It took 90 days to get response from them, in my case. And finally I got visa. So, don't worry. But, still, If you think you have missed something important documents while applying, you better send them with the request letter via vfs.

Thanks a lot vishal04 and pzz..

@pzz 90 days is too long of a wait time.. I mailed them yest and got a response today saying they cant respond to each case specific query however they'd try their best to process the applctns before the class begins.

Anyways thanks a lot guys, will post as soon as i get a response.
