yes, you should ask your university/institute to provide you the deferment (updated) admission letter. Even if the CHC does not ask you to provide the letter then still you need to delay the admission as you would not be able to perform well on your courses if you miss classes in the first month. I suggest to delay your admission to the next semester (Fall/September entry. Wish you good luck.
