No reply from CIC new delhi after 90 days

Seniors pls help

I submitted my full pplication in July 09, no reply from CIC new delhi and 90 days passed away,

Let me know what further action need to be taken

90 days to get an AOR from New delhi visa office these days seem to be a very long time !!! they send AORs within 10 and 20 days.

You have no choice except contacting them by mail, email, or fax to inquire about your case, and use the number that you were given by the CIO in your e-case to see whether your online status shows : received by the visa office or not.
