i submitted my file on 9th nov under general category.........bt my passport is not dispatched yet...my friend who applied on 8th nov got his passport dispatched yesterday am really in confusion??????plz comment friends

CHC takes 15 working days under SPP and most definitely more than that for General category. Also they are not working like machines and churning out applications under some time frame that if your friend applied on 8th he got it yesterday, you applied on 9th so you should get it today.

Also taking lesser time than others does not mean rejection and same thing applies for additional time taken.
