I applied for the study visa in July 2012. At that time Strike was on it's peek and they refused so many visas. I think my visa was refused due to strike impact. But My Question is ,
Do they apply rejection Stamp on passport for every refusal ?
I didn't have any stamp or signature on my passport. It was clean as it was sent. So Does it mean they didn't check my file, and i was refused randomly ?
