No rejection received on CIC

Hi all, I submitted PR application on 24 Dec and my account changed to cancelled as incomplete on 14 Jan. BUT no rejection letter received. I called IRCC and the lady informed me it was due to missing police certificate and she said they emailed the rejection letter to my email. again, i didnt receive such email. Im going to call them again, do you think they will re-send the rejection email to me?

Anyone came across this situation before?

Did you ask when they emailed that rejection letter or if they requested the missing document?

IRCC call center agent said the rejection letter was emailed to me on 14th Jan but no such email was received. Ive checked all folders. ususally the rejection letter will be sent to your cic account but none in my case. No missing doc reuqest either.

The account was simply showing as cancelled with no explaination.
