Anyone in this form who did medical in EARLY April 2009 and got approved under the new rules? why is it so ....so ...dead . It is not moving.. it is not making sense ...it is not changing ...it is just...taking forever.

You guys are more lucky than many of us 2007 Applicants (- going downwards).
We are people who have not even started anything apart from just getting the AOR of our Application and our money has been en-cashed too. On top of it, We got hooked in such a way that even if we withdraw our application we will loose our money.
(We are left with no choice but to keep cool and just be patient). Anyway, what else can we do?

I understand your plight though. I am also getting frustrated. Nothing seems to be moving especially at the London Office.
I hope I am not being affected by paranoia.:)

Good Luck.

good to all of us. I know some cases are better than others, however, still the whole delay makes no sense. It is not only money that matters, it is also the precious time that goes by. Money might be refunded and if not it is not that big issue, but Nothing brings back those long months of our lives we spend waiting.

Good luck to all

maple;

I do not want to discourage you, however, becuase i know your case exactly, i have a strong feeling that a desision has been made in your application but for some reason you have not received the missing letter.

I still remember the word (Final Request) which was addressed on the letter sent to you by the immigration officer, i felt that it has a kind of warning for you, so i do not think that they forgot or ignored your case.

Do not depend that much on the E-case status, it does not reflect the actual situation of the application. I do not know whether you still remeber narinder he stated that he got his visa from ND visa office, traveled to canada, landed and his e-case status was still showing in process. that is why am saying don't rely that much on e-case because it takes a while to be updated.

Believe me, because you have a unique situation in your application, i always think about your application and ask myself, what would be happened in your case. every day goes by i expect that you will post a new topic to tell us the final desision about your case.

Good luck

I agree with you Man.
Why don't you email them to find out what is happening with your case? At least that will serve as a reminder to them.

Well, for some I would say "tough luck". That includes me. I know my friends who applied after I did and are right now sitting in Canada, trying to build a new life. Despite filing under the new rules, a lot of us are still stuck at the initial stages of this laborious process. Buffalo is a GIANT at this moment that needs to wake up from the slumber.

It is not only buffalo office but chc around the world r slowed down nd som chc r totally of the hook. Really dunno whats keeping them from sending ppr /med or visa issuance
