I am getting frustrated now since i am not getting any update after medical passed on Nov 17th. Any idea what should i do . I heard sometimg if you raise webform they refuse the application.

Raise a webform to inquire the status. There is no impact of it in the decision but yeah they do reply that it will delay the processing further if you send a lot of them. Plus backlog is the only excuse they will come up with. A lot of ppl are waiting for their permits since June 2022.
