No points UPGRADE after adding ECA for DIPLOMA(3Yrs) and Bachelors (3Yrs)

Dear Experts,

I got my ECA for the Diploma as well for my Degree but the points did not changed.
I have done my
Diploma 3yrs=Canadian Equivalency Diploma 3yrs
Bachelors 3yrs=Canadian Equivalency Bachelors 3yrs
PG in CANADA= 2yrs
Please help me what to select individually in drop menu option so I can increase my points.
