No point added for my permanent resident partner, please help

Hi,
hopefully you can help me. My partner is a permanent resident, she has a 2 years diploma and we have a child but when filling my profile I don't get any point from her, the system is not suppose to give me more point ?

Thank you for you answer, have one more I'm applying under CEC but I have 2 years of experience, do I get more point ? I tried to update my profile but my points remain the same. Also I'm planning to ask a job offer from my employer, what informations that letter is suppose to have ?

What kind of work permit are you on right now? If you are on a PGWP or another type of open work permit, your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA in order for you to get points for having a job offer.

You must have selected a wrong option in your Express Entry profile if you aren't getting points for your studies in Canada. You will need to tell us what you answered to each question related to education.
