I got PPR and request for passport submission on 8 Apr. However, subsequently I got married on 16.4.16 and informed CIC. CIC asked me for numerous documents to submit as per letter dated 15.4.16. I have following queries.
1) In the file upload section I see one "replacement overdue" section for "passport" with target date of 8 April 2016. Please guide me what to upload here.
2) the letter requires to fill in IMM0008, but there is no place to upload this form
3) please confirm under "eye color and height" section, I need to provide pg 3 and 4 of the letter sent on 15.4.16 (attached).
4) Since it is electronic submission, do I need to sign documents and scan or just submit unsigned pdf as there will be electronic signature in end.
