It happens sometimes. Try deleting cache files or changing browsers. It should appear. Don’t worry.

Follow these-

- Login and Logout multiple times or
- Use incognito mode or
- Clear cache and cookies or
- Use different browser

As soon as you see it upload a document, it will never go away again. Of course you can replace that documents as many times as you want before submitting the application.
