I have until Sunday Sept 15 (IRCC only gave me 7 days) to upload four requested documents for my PR application. I have had these ready since yesterday but have found no way to upload them to my CIC account. I’ve already sent multiple technical reports and case specific enquiries since yesterday, but to no avail. I also sent an email with all the documents to the CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca email I found on this forum. Calling the 1-888 number leads to a dead-end.
