No option for visa and master card

Hi there hope you all well here.

I complete my application when payment page came there is no option for visa or master card.
But some other and they are not mostly available in Pakistan.
What to do?

Surprised to see that Visa and Mastercard is not showing! Have you tired exiting and then refresh the page?

Unfortunately, then you would have to borrow from your friend/relative who carries one of those mentioned cards and get it paid.
