Hi everyone,
when we moved to a new place last year, I (sponsor) changed my address in the CIC system. But they only updated my home address, the mailing address was still the old one. When I called them, the call center agent said, he is seeing only one address which is my new address. But I received the AOR at the old address (we go and check there once in a while just to be sure). After this happened, I contacted CIC via the webform explaining the issue. Now after 2.5 months, they removed my mailing address. I only see my home address in the system. The address is correct. But I'm afraid that there will be issues when they want to send me a letter e.g. sponsorship approval.
There is a possibility to add a new mailing address. But I don't want to make any changes and create additional confusions.
Please help. Is it OK just to keep the home address?
