No mail from High Commission of Canada

I have already received my passport back without any stamp. It means my visa was rejected but I haven't still received any mail from High Commission regarding the ground of refusal and also there is no update in my secure account. Can anyone explain what is this?

Check your email unless you submitted a wrong email or it was done by agent obviously they sent , ask for GCM note
