No letter from IRCC for submitting profile in the pool

Hey guys,

So me and my brother just created an Express Entry profile for my brother about 3 hours ago and on submitting its showing that his CEC requirements are Met & has 439 score as we had calculated, but we still haven't received any messages from IRCC in the messages section. We are supposed to receive two messages, one about Welcome to Express Entry and 2nd about Job Bank registration, i had got these messages within 3-4 minutes when i had created a profile, is anyone else facing this issue ? We desparately need to complete the Job Bank registration before Wednesday as a draw can happen.

I guess all guys submitting their profile from 17th April 2017 might be facing this issue, if yes do Report a Technical Issue from your profile so that they know and we don't miss out on tomorrow's draw if it were to happen.

Solved it by withdrawing the profile and creating a new one, got the job bank message within seconds.
