Hello fellas so im here stuck with no legal status after my study permit expired back in the end of 2016. This is my story :
-Came to the province of quebec to study in 2012,finished my first AEC diploma in 2013 with my FIRST study permit still valid. I came back then to my home country and applied for a second study permit as the first one was out of date short time after having my first diploma and after leaving canada. I got accepted for my second study permit for a DEC from 2014 to 2016,so i went back and finished my diploma but unfortunately due a miscommunication between my immigration lawyer and me, my study permit has been unvalid since july 2016 and i obtained successfully my diplome in the end of 2016 without a valid study permit and, logically, no documents to apply for a work permit inland. So here i am stuck for 3 years here without a status working some cash jobs and staying lowkey. What is the best advice one can give ? I dont know if H&C can be helpful in my situation or maybe just go back to my country and apply again for a visa/work permit ? Cheers guys your replies would be so much helpful
