I had applied for Canadian PR but i only issue that is coming in is that i have been told to provide legal documents of Divorce from my spouse and i am not legally separated till now though we have not contacted /met each other in the past two years since i have come to the USA on my work visa.
Could anybody please share what document should i submit to the Canadian government to assure them about my situation ? Please guide its urgent!!!!!!!
