No Last name.

By birth on all my documents (education, birth certificate, passport) have only my name :- Deepika, no last name. i landed canada and on my pr card, sin card, ohip card shows name Deepika. i don't have last name so i don't mention on any of these documents. But now in canada when i filled my TAX return etc. documents, last name is mandatory. what i do...

Put your name as your family name.

The given name shouldn't be mandatory.
