Hi

I am getting following message when I choose 'receipt Number (IMM 5401)' option to login for checking Client Application status.
"

    • applied for a citizenship certificate (proof of Canadian citizenship);

I get information if i choose other option like UCI number or Application number. But above message appears when i try to login using receipt number (IMM 5401).

I have done my medical, medical is received and RPRF fee is paid.

Can anybody please help how can I resolve this issue?
