No hope with CRS 478

I received ITA on March 23 but I could not complete documentation on time, so lost the chance to submit my application. But now as per the current trend, I see no hope of getting an ITA again. My IELTS scores are going to expire on 25-10-2017.
What are my options now? What should I do now?

Take the IELTs again and with a higher score. Tbh that’s the only way to shoot up your score.
