No handwritten date on Stamp - Supervisa

My mom did her first landing on supervisa.

I have come across many posts and I'm still confused if a stamp without a handwritten date means 6 months of stay or 2 years of stay.

CIC seems to be sending emails with 6 months and 2 years as valid stay to different people and this link says it's two years and CIC call centre agents are saying 6 months as well.

It will be great if someone can clarify this.

If CBSA officer didn't write a date then it's 6 months.
Did you pay super visa insurance for a whole year or bought a monthly insurance plan?

You can send an email to CIC and tell them your parents want to stay for two years because they are on super visa and they might tell you next step how you can extend their stay.
