Hi,
I am applying for Canadian passport for myself and my daughter and since we dont have a guarantor so I am going to use form pptc132 (Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor Form ), was wondering if anyone with similar experience could advise:
1) do I need to leave Section 2 in passport application form blank , and just attach the guarantor form pptc132 (Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor Form ) signed by notary and one of the photo certified by notary.
2) Since my daughter is 17 years , she is still a minor but eligible for Passport application for adults (as cut off age is 16 yrs for that) , so can she sign this form pptc132 (Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor Form ) by herself or not?
3) Since we need to give 4 references now, one of them can be a US citizen right? And these 4 references could be the same 4 people for both of us?
4)If someone could share how was their application process with no-guarantor , were there any delays due to no-guarantor scenario?
Thanks.
