No extra point for a spouse Educational Equivalency of Post Graduate diploma

My wife's Canadian Educational equivalency is "Bachelor's degree (four years) and postgraduate diploma (one
year)".
I am not getting any drop down option for "Two or more Certificates diplomas or degrees " while completing my express entry profile.
My score for the spouse education level is only 8 in my Express entry profile even after Entering both the credentials and selecting the appropriate equivalent from the drop down for each credential.
Can you please advise as to the reason for not being awarded extra points for a post graduate educational credential?

same here. waiting for the vets to answer. :'( I saw on the other thread that it may still be calculated, but we need to wait for 24 hours before that extra point is awarded.
