Hi ,
As per Employer Policy, they dont give Reference Letter for PR as its not in their Rules

What should i state in my application ?. I have T4, Tax Assessment and Salary Slip

Will CEC contact my employer ? What if Employer says they dont support my PR process ?

Please help

Many Thanks !

Ask them if you can get a bank letter (to get a loan). A bank letter will usually say that so-and-so has worked here full-time since (date) and makes ($x) per hour/month. Maybe it will include your job title as well. You could at least ask them that. If you get a letter like that, this will show since when you are working there, the pay slips will show how many hours you've worked and then you need one more thing and that is proving that your job is skilled. If you are on a regular work permit that is issued for a skilled occupation, then it is not a problem. If you are on some kind of open or post-grad permit, it could be harder.

In addition you can ask your immediate supervisor to write you an experience letter personally even if it is not policy.

thanks Leon !

I have an employment letter dated Apr'2011, which was given by HR for renewal of "Temporary Resident Canadian Visa", and i have already received my Visa

I have worked under two NOC Codes until now (and these codes are ok for PR..), but in the above letter they mentioned only the latest occupation code for my total work in Canada..its a mistake...All other details are ok (full time,roles,etc....) as per NOC code in my latest WP

Can you tell me if this would cause any issue....

Thanks in advance

If your employer does not provide the required letter, most likely CIC will contact the employer. They need to confirm the details of your employment.

For CEC, it is irrelevant whether your employer "supports" your "PR process," whatever that means. CEC does not require the support of an employer. They simply require the work experience (or education + work experience).

Once again, the Letter that CIC requires is NOT a "recommendation." It is a simple statement of the facts of your employment. That is all.
