No ecas, no info over the phone, no reply from CPP-O

My application was received in Sydney on Dec 19, 2012, and I got my AOR on February 4th, 2013. Up to this day E-cas does not recognize me, call center does not give me any info and tries to connect to an agent (who is never available). A few days after my AOR I sent in my T4 asking to add it to the file, no reply whatsoever...
Is this normal??
 
Yes, this is normal. You will not be able to track your status in ECAS till you receive your AOR. Wait for atleast a week to receive an acknowledgement email after you send your additional docs by email. If not, you may send a reminder.

Also, try to put in all details like UCI, Full Name, DOB, Application # & Passport # when you send the email to CPC Ottawa.
 
I received my AOR on February 4th. I was never able to see my status en e-cas, though.
And, of course, I included all the details with my e-mail.
 
Dont worry. There have been problems with ECAS lately. You should be good. keep trying.
