No DM after PAL

Hi all, is it normal? No DM until now since PAL on end of November..
Kinda worried.
Anyone have the same situation?

Depending on how fast background checks are. Depending on your visa office. 60+ days is likely. Check the spreadsheet for your visa office for more accurate prediction.

So the backyard check is still on when the PAL was sent?
If so, does it mean the PAL received is not a guarantee for approval?
Or is it more than 50% it will be a approval by receiving the PAL?

Yes for both.

It's not a percentage, it depends on the result of the background and security checks
