No Comprehensive ranking system (CRS) Score

Hello,
I've one question. I've submitted a file in CIC for the express entry profile. Within a few minutes, I got a message and it states:- Profile ineligible and when I go to full details page there is no update in CRS score, I don't know for what particular reason I not getting into the pool
I have a valid job offer there. I've 2 years of full-time experience my IELTS score is 6.5. It's there something that I am missing?

Ineligible profile won't show any CRS score.
Make sure you input everything correctly. You didn't mention ECA, do you need one?

Yep ECA is needed and I've already had ECA certification number which I also updated in Profile as well

You must have answered something incorrectly which might have rendered your profile ineligible. It could by anything like less settlement money or selecting quebec as where you want to go.

Create a new profile and register through that new profile.

But I guess you still can view your application after the submission. I checked it again it's up to date and no I am not selecting Quebec, I've a job offer from PEI Province so that's what I selected. The settlement money was between19 - 21 K dollars.
