Hi if me or my wife got experience in jobs under NOCs C or D, in Canada and Overseas, if I have a foreign degree which is not tested ECA, and I dont wanna claim points for that. Is mandatory to fill up these kind of experiencieces in my profile?

No, you do not have to add them in the work history and education sections respectively. Add them in the person history section once you receive your ITA, you wont be required to provide any proof.

What about a part-time NOC B job in
