Dear Mukund Bhai.

Buffalo VO is very Slow. You are the not only person who is suffering. Advise you to contact your VO for the current status.

Mayank

Thanks mayank,
But E-case also not display update > 6months now , this is too slow, means how I know my application process, either no 2nd AOR. I seen some people atleast get 2nd AOR after 2 or 3 months, even atleast RBVO within 2months, in my case nothing.

I sent consular inquiry and here is the form submit message:

Case Specific Enquiry
Your enquiry has been sent to the visa office processing your application. You should receive a reply within 28 working days (by email, regular mail or fax).

If your application is within normal processing times you may not receive a reply from the visa office.

If your message contains new information for your application (e.g. adding a newborn or change of address) your file will be updated but the visa office may not respond to your email.

sorry not 6months now > 8months passed.

This is stand. reply..

All you can do is wait...wait..until you get reply from them.

I know it is so frustrating...

Good Luck..

Mayank

Hey Bro .. I am in the same boat.. sent all my docs in september 2010 but no 2nd aor yet.. dunno wat to do... M really frustrated .

The same as me; I sent my full documents to Buffalo on August 2010, and they received my package on August 31st 2010, signed by CARLAND. No AOR, no anything since then. I sent many inquiries to their address:

1. I takes up to 30 weeks to create a file, bla, bla
2. We cannot find your record after the name you provided, your date of birth, etc. :o
3. After I attached them the email from Nova Scotia, and the UPS tracking number of my package together with their employee's signature, I received the following answer:
It takes up to minimum 30 weeks(and the word was bold) for us to...more than 30 weeks for an AOR, c'mon...
Anyway, I am watching this forum almost daily, and I noticed that many applicants who sent their file to Buffalo, in the same time as mine, have already received their AOR, so I don't know what is happening there.
For me is not upsetting that it takes too long, it's upsetting the manner they respond to their inquiries. On the ECAS it says something, but the VO said that the system is not reliable. It is not possible something like that; why don't they tell us where can we look if they don't give us any information about our cases when we send them inquiries. Practical, I know nothing about my case.

I send my application just around Christmas 2010, still havent received PER...there are few of us around that time whom the CIC is still hatching our files....on the 1st of April, I got my first Ecas access...saying they send me a letter on 10th of march...when I confronted them via email on 4 occasions I was told...its a bug and many applicant have false information in their Ecas...

Yesterday I had my address added....few of us who were in the same situation...faxed our concerns yesterday...I think other should also to make them take notice...

Hi Friends,
I submitted full documents to Visa office also, but my e.cas has never changed. It still shows the old information from CIO. So there is no way i can know my updated status.

The only good thing is that i got my 2 AOR after 2 weeks when they received my application. Then i have been waiting for more than 20 months without any communication. Those i applied with have had their visas and i am still here.

Buffallo and Abidjan are very slow visa offices. I only came to know about the mistakes the visa officer did on my file, when i ordered caip notes. He messed up my file as most of my documents are in English and he is a French speaker. He does not understand English well ha ha ha ha. The notes in my caips notes were all written in French, that is how i came to discover my file is being treated by a French person and he knows nothing about the whole process. Thank God i am bilingual, so i can read my caip notes without stress.

I am still waiting to here from them as a sent a case specific inquiry in February, but no reply till date.

Wish us good luck.

hahahahaha any updates!
