No Change on Application Status

Hi experts,

I submitted my application for PR on November 23 2016. Received AOR the same date. It has been almost a month by now and there is no change to my status. still says "Review in Progress" beside Review of Eligibility. Everything else is "not needed at this time". I did my medical exam on November 2.

Is this normal?
