No benefits and credits payments are currently expected. - CCB

Hello Guys,

Me and my wife has filed our Tax return and received our NOA.

In my wife's CRA Account under Benefits and Credits section, there is a message like "No benefits and credits payments are currently expected." Does it mean that we don't get the Child Care Benefit for July 20, 2019? Or they are updating our Account?

Yes. We are receiving CCB since 2014 and we file our Tax Returns and receiving our NOA for last 5 years. Thanks

Would wait and see if you receive your CCB payment. If you don’t contact CRA.

Call CRA. Are you both living in Canada with your children. Have you been living in Canada during the whole time?
