NO AOR FOR PR CARD RENEWAL APPLICATION

I applied for PR Card renewal for my self and 4 family members. All applications put in separate envelopes and than all five envelops put in one envelop. Is this OK. I paid only fee for five and have one receipt of 250 $. This was sent through ordinary Canada Post on 6 Oct 2016. No intimation so far. Should I sent new application through courier or wait.

As per CIC's website, they are working on applications received on August 29, 2016.

You file should be in queue for review, so, please wait for few more days.

I did not get AOR although I sent my email address, when I checked my online status using UCI, it shows processing started 29 Sep 2016.
So try that out, you may get a surprise like I did.
