No answer after due time

I'm in PR and i have sent an invitation letter to my conjugal soupe and she applied as she's my friend hence we don't have any proof of legal relationship, from her country to processing time is 50 days , now it's been around 55 days and still now answer, what can she do ? it's possible to call IRCC by phone ? thank you all

So she is waiting on her visitor visa. She can raise a webform but they say responses will take time. You can call but they can’t tell you where it is in the queue or when it will be processed. Processing times are an average so can be more or less. Have you started the process for written authorization to travel too? That takes time.

About written authorization, shall i write it as she's my friend or my conjugal spouse ?

She needs to request written authorization from IRCC following the published process.

You cannot provide the authorization. She will need a letter from IRCC.

Written authorization is a separate application (not a letter from you) and it is on the website. Also you may not meet the definition of conjugal.

Friends are not allowed to enter Canada as of right now. Your only option is conjugal.

Will not be a problem if she apply as friend for visa and as conjugal for IRCC authorisation ?
