No Acknowledgement after submitting express entry profile

I submitted my express entry profile on feb 28th,2019. But I never received any acknowledgement email that my profile has been submitted. Is it normal or I have missed some step while submitting.
Moreover, I am not able to access my application since last one month. Whenever I login to my account after "Terms & Condition" page it opens up the home page. I tried different browsers but in vain.
