No 11.2? In gcms notes

Hi,

Would you please guide me?
I am cec aor October 10th. Ordered gcms notes in January (dated of December) and just got cbsa notes (dated February).

Many mentionned 11.2 and others and I understand that is eligibility. I don't see this nowhere in notes.

Are we supposed to have 11 2 mentioned somewhere? Or only when eligibility is passed?
