NLPNP - priority skills stream eligibility

Hi Members,

You probably know there has been an announcement about new immigration pathway to Newfoundland and Labrador. I'm curious does anybody know eligibility requirements for this stream?

If I'm a outland candidate without any work and study experience in Canada, can I apply for this program? Even though if I have experience in occupations they listed there.

Program details are not yet available. When you say licensed, you have had your education and work experience assessed through NNAS, and have a provincial license in Newfoundland?

I also applied at the same day when it was opened, till not no any updates of the draw :(
