NIGERIA APPLICANT: PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ADVICE ME

Thank you guys on your effort to advice new applicants the way forward. please i want to start fresh application this January. How do i start. I have applied before through an agent but he could not complete the processing after i've been given a file number. This application was made since 2007. But they keep telling me my application is on queue.However, i don't want to continue with that application since there's a faster way to get it done.Now my request are:
1. How do i get started
2. Do i need to cancel the former application
3. Which of the ways are open and faster for me, starting January;how long will it take me
Please i need advice o what to do,

for you to cancel you old application,you should provide answers to the following:
1.what stage are your application.
2.did you pay application fees.
3.did you submit ielts with your application.
if you provide answer,i will be able to advice you...also,you can re apply,if you are still with in the age range that can give you 67point.then apply for ielts exams first and less see what your mark will be....then you may visit www.cic.gc.ca for clarification...

1.You do not need to cancel the old application,your processing fee will be return very soon because all application be4 2008 are now cancelled.
2.Send all your qualification to university of toronto or wes for assessment
3.Pass IELTS at 7.0 at the four subject-listening,reading,writing and speaking.
4.Get the required fund ready
Then u are done

2.I paid a huge sum to late Engineer Ayankogbe as my agent-you may know him. This fee covered both the application fee and waiver according to him. But since i was given a file number it means he actually paid the application fees, i guess.
3.i did not submit IELTS with my application.

Canada govt has closed all application be4 2008.
From 2013 ielts is a must at 7.00 for the 4 subject

Please can i get a list of what i need to arm myself with before the application starts. i mean what are the documents i need for the application. please can someone enumerate then for me. i want to be ready before the commencement date.

what you need to do are.
1.write an ielts and make sure you score up to 7band overall.
2.proof of fund for yourself and your dependant as per cic requirment.
3.evaluation of foreign credentials by appointed representative by cic
note 1&2 are compulsory pls enrol for ielts now

pls follow my instructions:
1.you should apply through british council for ielts exams
2.before you can apply for federal skilled worker,you must have seen your credential to canada for evaluation...reason for evaluating your credential was to enable the canadian employer to determined if your qualification will be at par with canadian educational curriculum.

to get your credential evaluated you need to wait for cic annoucement then you can start preparing for ielts exams and document gathering.
yes she can apply on pnp program while you take on fsw.
