They might send back your if you apply without the language text...
But you can give it a try...
If you ask me, I ll say, you check in the neighboring countries around us,
They have different dates for the exams,

I applied in December 2011, before my file could get to Montreal,
The December 2011 rule was made and they asked for a language test ...
I checked for online for a center with the nearest date...
Got Accra for IELTS and Cotonou for TEFAQ...

I have to travel and do it there...

I ll suggest, u do the same now before they ll bring out new rules...
Even if the new rules favour you ... what about time wasted?

Hi Newjwel•I believe that you are good•Quebec returned my package twice for reasons of not enclosing money and the second was that my occupation is not part of the listed ones•As a result,I crossed over to FSWP which I have presently been selected•So,quebec is out of mind•I can still answer your questions though•

first submitted first week of dec 2013 then they returned it. they said i did not indicate their exact amount they should pull from my master card. meanwhile I do not think that was completely my fault as i indicated the amount that was charged as at december. meanwhile they increased price january 2014. The letter they sent carried feb 2014 so i asume they assumed i sent it after they increased price. so i sent my file again this time with the new amount. it got there around 28th of marched.it was signed for according 2 the courier tracking i used though i am yet 2 get AOR.

Please I want to ask if there is stil hope for me o. Or I should just proceed with the fswp 2014 application.?

Then also, if money is deducted, does it mean CSq is 100% sure?

Do you now have sufficient funds?They aim to make deductions when they are satisfied with your file.

I should be submitting my Quebec Immigration for skilled worker soon. However all instruction on method of payment is not clear to me. Is it by cash or cc or any other means?

I await your ever sure advice and insight in this regards to enable submit my application and submit right.

Pay by Bank draft or by Credit card ( that is your master card) make sure you have enough money in your account.

for the master card. all you have to do is fill the '' pay by credit card form'' and put in your master card information.

for bank draft it has to be in Canadian dollars. Look for a bank that issues bank draft in Canadian dollar. if they do get it and make sure you write your name at the back of the bank draft given to you by the bank.
