Hi,
I’m starting the fill out my citizen application and I have a question about the travel documents section. I have a Nexus card and on it it states the US is the country of issue for the card. However, there doesn’t seem to have a place of issue on it. Anyone know what what I should put in that field?
I did my interview in Vancouver, BC. Should I put that in? I wasn’t sure if I can put in a place in a different country from the country of issue. Thanks for any advice.

NEXUS Card will not come under Travel Document
You cannot travel alone with Nexus card if you are not Citizen of US/Canada
Even US/Canada Citizen travel documents (Passports) linked to Nexus card, so Nexus card alone you can't travel, so its not a Travel document

I think my wife may have left the "place" field blank. I'll need to check the copy of her application.

btw - A NEXUS card is considered a valid travel document - though there may be some restrictions. I always carry one passport with me in addition to my NEXUS card. Since I am a US citizen also, I always have to present my US passport when I enter the US using the Global Entry kiosk.

Thanks for the answers. Yes, the Nexus card is a travel doc.
Keesio, if you get a chance to check your wife’s application that will be great. I’m hoping to talk to my employer’s HR department head to see if they have the info on this.

Cant we say "Not Applicable" in the place of issue column?
