NEXUS Card for refugees

Hello,

I want to apply Nexus card. I am currently PR with refugee status, also I have a refugee travel document that is valid for 5 years. Soon I will get my US visa. I have been in Canada for 5 years continuously. There are 3 years of residence in Canada condition to get nexus card. Is it after PR or before PR is also counts? Do you think I eligible for Nexus? Has anyone applied and have experience about that?

3years Continuously Residence period provided you are permanent resident. So in this case, i guess it counts
