next step after pre arrival letter

I am sponsoring my child who is on TRV in Canada. When I started the sponsoring process he was in India.
I have received pre arrival letter yesterday and the status on ECAS says decision made. Can you please let me know what will be the next step.

Since my son is already residing in Canada, for stamping will he have to cross the border.? My son is 2 years old
